If you are receiving this e-mail it is because you have pre-ordered one, some, or all of the following products: Monster 1.6 Core Game, Monster 1.6 Rulebook, or The Legendary Card Pack Upgrade. Thank you for your patronage and support, it is greatly appreciated.

Production for these products has been severely impacted by delays relating to COVID-19 and our quality assurance process. Currently the estimated shipping date is now October 2021.

As it stands now, the Legendary Card Pack has been approved and is heading into production next week. As for the Core Game, we are still awaiting another round of proofs from our production partner as the first round contained many printing and packing errors. We hope to have these new fixed and adjusted production samples in hand to review early next week.

Once approved, it will take 60 days for production. From there it will be loaded on to a boat and shipped to our fulfillment centers. Normally shipping by ocean freight takes 4-6 weeks, but because of COVID-19 shipping has been anything but normal. Our best estimate is we will have these ready to ship to you by October 2021.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this delay may have caused. At KD we endeavor to bring you the very best and one of the many reasons for the delay, is a far more rigorous internal QA process, which caught many packing and print errors before mass production began.

VAT was not included in the sales price or shipping collected for any of these items. It has come to our understanding that we need to be FAR more explicit in making this clear. We do not want you to be surprised when your package arrives with the unpaid VAT billed to you. Thank you in advance for understanding.

When will my order ship?

Shipping has been severely impacted by the Covid19 Pandemic. Please expect a longer time for your parcels to arrive.

High volume sales may cause shipping delays. Generally we pack and ship orders daily, however during new releases we estimate shipping delays up to 2 weeks. We apologize, please be kind to our team as they process and pack your order. Thank you!
