For those of you eagerly anticipating the glorious Black Knight expansion, shipping begins soon! We’re so excited for the backers to receive it. We are beginning to collect shipping charges for backers who are due to receive this item via their Kickstarter or Backerkit accounts.
We anticipate that charges will begin on Feb 20th.
For the sake of clarity, shipping charges will now be visible as an “item” on your pledge, indicating Black Knight Shipping per your region.
We urge everyone receiving a Black Knight to visit their pledge and confirm the accuracy of their address, view any additional shipping charges, and update your credit card if needed.
BUNDLES that already paid shipping:
If your Black Knight is part of a bundle which included shipping at the time of purchase, there should be no additional charge appearing on your pledge. If your address is correct and locked, just sit tight and get excited!
PREORDERS that already paid shipping
If your Black Knight was purchased through the preorder store and included shipping at the time of purchase, there should be no additional charge appearing on your account. If your address is correct and locked, just sit tight and get excited!
If your shipping details have changed, please correct them on your Backerkit or reach out to support ASAP.
PLEDGES and ADD-ONS that owe shipping
If your Black Knight was an add-on to your pledge, or part of your pledge rewards, shipping charges will appear on your Backerkit page. If this is the case, please confirm your shipping address and payment method. Again, we expect to start charging backers on Tuesday, Feb 20th.
If you have previously paid VAT on your pledge, your shipping charges will exclude VAT. If your pledge did not include VAT at the time of purchase, and you are in a region where VAT is due, we have added VAT to your shipping charge.
Combined Shipping
At this time, we cannot combine shipping for multiple rewards. Global supply chains continue to be unpredictable, and we do not have the technology to reliably support combined shipping. It remains an area of exploration.
Proposed Timeline
We expect to start charging shipping Feb 20th. In case of errors, our Support Team will assist any backers that need help as issues arise. Fulfillment of the Black Knight will begin once the majority of backers have completed their shipping charges.
